Emirati Salary Support Scheme
The "Emirati Salary Support Scheme" is a government initiative in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) aimed at supporting Emirati nationals in securing stable employment and improving their financial well-being. This program typically involves financial assistance provided by the government to encourage private sector employers to hire Emirati citizens.
Eligibility Criteria For Emirati Salary Support Scheme
- The standard requirements for Emirati citizens to avail Nafis benefits
- Emirati citizens employed in the private or financial industry
- Earning a monthly income of AED 30,000 or less.
Unemployment Benefits Scheme
The Unemployment Benefit Scheme in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a government initiative aimed at providing financial support to eligible UAE nationals who find themselves without employment.
This program is designed to offer temporary financial relief to individuals who have lost their jobs, helping them cover essential expenses while actively seeking new employment opportunities.
Emirati who lost their job & have no source of income receive the benefits form the UAE Government the benefits are as follows
- Emiratis who have lost their job may receive 7,000 dirhams per month.
- If the spouse is not employed, they may receive 4,500 dirhams/month.
- The first and second child can receive 2,400 dirhams per month, while the third child may get 1,600 dirhams monthly, with a maximum of three eligible children.
Eligibility Criteria For Unemployment Benefits Scheme
- Eligible applicants must be legally employable
- Not enrolled as regular students
- Income should not exceed assistance limits; full support for no income.
- Age: 18-60, ineligible for retirement, not in UAE National Service.
- Job loss due to ethical violations or breaking laws disqualifies.
- Refusing a job opportunity results in disqualification from support.
- Male children receive support until puberty or employment
- Female children until marriage or employment
- Divorced female Emiratis eligible if they support unemployed or incapacitated Emirati children, verified by medical and acknowledgment documents.

Child Allowance Scheme
The UAE Child Allowance Scheme is a government initiative designed to provide financial support to families residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to assist with the upbringing and well-being of their children. Eligibility Criteria For Child Allowance Scheme
- Emirati nationals in the private/financial sector
- Male and female Emiratis (females as household providers) in the private sector, existing or new employees.
- Families must have at least one child, with coverage for up to four children.
- Sons and daughters must be under 21 years old, not employed or married.
Pension Program

On Job Training Support
The on-the-job training support is designed to assist Emirati Nationals who aspire to engage in practical training programs within the private sector through Nafis. Emiratis starting new on-the-job training roles in the private sector post-September 13, 2021, and holding graduate trainee permits can access a monthly salary aligned with their educational level.

- Emiratis in on-the-job training via the platform under graduate trainee permit holders
- Program started after September 13, 2021
- Minimum high school diploma
